We have published the full statutory calendar we run for every client, with a downloadable file that puts each due date in your own calendar with a reminder three days ahead.

Vinay KarlagerePartner · Associate Chartered AccountantWe have published the compliance calendar we run internally. It is on the site now, in full, at the calendar section of the home page.
There was a version of this decision where we kept it to ourselves. Every practice runs a calendar; it is part of what you pay for. But a firm that keeps its deadlines has no particular reason to keep them quiet, and a prospective client deciding whether to move their file is better served by seeing exactly what we track than by being told we track it.
What is in it
Every recurring monthly obligation — TDS and TCS on the 7th, GSTR-1 on the 11th, the invoice furnishing facility on the 13th, provident fund and ESI on the 15th, GSTR-3B on the 20th, PMT-06 on the 25th — and every dated obligation across the financial year, from the March TDS deposit that falls on 30 April through to the belated return window closing on 31 December.
You can page through any month, filter to one authority, and click a date to see what falls on it.
The part that does the work
Reading a due date on a website helps for exactly as long as you are looking at the website. So the calendar downloads.
Press Add to your calendar and you get an .ics file: every date as a repeating event, with an alarm three days ahead. It imports into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Filter to GST first and you get only the GST cycle; filter to nothing and you get all of it.
Three days is deliberate. A reminder on the morning of the due date tells you something you can no longer act on comfortably. Three days is enough to find the number, query the mismatch and still file on time.
A caveat we would rather state than bury
These are the standard statutory dates. CBDT and CBIC extend them from time to time, and several filings run from a company's own annual general meeting rather than from the calendar — AOC-4 within thirty days of it, MGT-7 within sixty.
So the published calendar is a reference. For clients, we track the actual dates against your own AGM and turnover, which is not the same list.
